Reto-Dumeng Suter is a qualified psychologist with a degree in organizational and work psychology. He worked for international companies and during eight years he trained young managers at a college for Facility Management in Switzerland. The focus of this teaching activity was Leadership, Performance Skills, Work Psychology, Communication and Project Management. Also he coached the students in their first practical experiences.

Reto Suter has several years of practical leadership and project experience as working in leading positions in different companies. He is a certified primary school teacher with experience at various schools in Switzerland and abroad. He also has a degree in adult education.

Besides his psychological work, Reto Suter is a coach for Pilates and Fitness.
